Is there a grace period to renew my license key?

There is!
 
For Kodai "AIO", all keys need to be renewed within 20 days of the expiration date and failure to renew will result in your license key being permanently terminated with no way of recovery.
 
For Essentials, license keys are able to be renewed at any time, regardless of if they have been expired or not.
